The Place Where It Began

A man wakes up alone in a burned-out hall. He does not know why he is there, or what happened before he opened his eyes.

Before him lies a scene of destruction far beyond anything ordinary, along with a sight that feels deeply wrong. Searching for the truth, he moves toward the facility beyond the room.

It is a research facility where all signs of human presence have vanished. In the silence beyond, he begins to encounter the abnormalities of this world.

Episode 1 of Cloning of... begins with the awakening of a man who has lost his memory, and depicts the first strange event that leads into the mystery of the story.

In Episode 1, I focused on the sense of unease that begins the moment the protagonist wakes up, as well as the unsettling atmosphere of the world around him.
